BC Evolutions Training Approach
Our approach is that the learning process is as important as the content of the training workshops. Lynda integrates her skills as a facilitator with her personal experiences to strike a balance between content and the learning process.
A mandate of her training and mentoring approach is to make the process “easy”, not in the sense of being simplistic, but rather in a perspective that is focused on getting the individual or group engaged and involved. This allows the learners to feel they have contributed to the training process rather than having the training imposed upon them.
Knowledge content is supplemented with practical case work. Individuals are very much encouraged to submit “real time” business issues and situations for discussion and case practice. This learning process challenges the audience to think and explore. At the end of the sessions, learners feel more confident and are more able to adopt learning into their business habits
Our goal is to embed positive knowledge, skills and habits into individuals that are tangible and can be utilized in their current work role. The capacity gained during training represents stepping stones to personal and career development now and into the future.
