Skills Assessments enhance the talent management process by identifying tangible and specific gaps between the levels of skills required to meet business mandates and the skills currently in-house. The first step in creating a Talent Management Plan is a viable understanding of what your business requires in level of skill and number of resources to accomplish your goals.
